Located in the Sussex Weald, Burgess Hill is just ten miles north of Brighton. Originally an agricultural settlement in the sixteen hundreds it became established as a town in the Elizabethan era, then known as St John's Common. It later transformed from a small village to become a town used by many villagers in the surrounding area. In the 1840's it took another leap during the construction of the the London to Brighton railway, when the station was built.

The town is home to properties of many periods, boasting architecture from the Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian eras. There are many buildings with sash windows and we are delighted to have repaired and restored many in the area.
